Appraisal Agency of Greenville, Inc. has been in business since 1990. The company was established by Roseann Dufala, RAA—an SC Certified Residential Appraiser, license #293.

In 2000, Robert Dufala, a former engineer, joined the company. Robert Dufala is also an SC Certified Residential Appraiser, license #3348. Along with being a certified appraiser, Robert also has his Home Measuring Specialist certification and performs measurements for agents and sketches for their listings as well.

The company specializes in residential appraising for a variety of properties and purposes. Both appraisers have experience in doing appraisals for Lenders; for buyers who are purchasing a house with Cash; for Sellers who are unsure about the value of their property; doing Estate Appraisals; Consulting on prospective Renovations and many other reasons a value is needed. Both appraisers are active members of the SCPAC and are both designated NAA members.
